Billing & Subscription Questions/Problems/Cancellations?
For all purchases, renewals and billing issues regarding SpyHunter, please contact our payment processor vendor, MyCommerce, directly for fast resolution.
Depending on the order number you have, you can find the information below on which vendor you have to contact.
We have order numbers generally starting with "ENS" and "JN", order numbers with numbers and letters, and/or order numbers with numbers only.
When you contact any of the vendor(s), please make sure that you include your order number in the email, or have it available when you call. If you do not have your order number, please provide them with your information, and they will be able to locate your account.
Order numbers which consist of numbers only are processed by MyCommerce. For orders containing only numbers, please use the information below:

Orders starting with "ENS" and "JN" are processed by PayPal. You may contact us directly as described below or, if you prefer to contact PayPal, see your PayPal account or visit https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us.
If you contact MyCommerce or PayPal via email, please make sure that you include your order number in the email. If you do not have your order number, please provide them with the email address that you used to register SpyHunter. If you do not have any of the previous information, please call them over the phone and they will be able to locate your order number by your credit card information. Please do not provide your credit card information via email.
NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS: Per the California Renewal Act you may cancel a subscription as follows:
- Go to www.enigmasoftware.com and click the "Login" button at the top right corner.
- Log in with your username and password.
- In the navigation menu, go to "Order/Licenses". Next to your order/license, a button is available to cancel your subscription if applicable. Note: If you have multiple orders/products, you will need to cancel them on an individual basis.

In the alternative to the above, you may also contact EnigmaSoft Limited directly by contacting our support department by opening a ticket in SpyHunter 5's Spyware HelpDesk. You can access SpyHunter 5's Spyware HelpDesk from SpyHunter 5's main screen. To open a support ticket, click on the "HelpDesk" icon. In the window that appears, click the "New Ticket" tab. Fill out the form and click the "Submit" button. If you are unsure of what "Problem Type" to select, please choose the "General Questions" option. Our support agents will promptly process your request and respond to you.
